Residential vs Commercial Loans ~ How Are They Different? 

Today, many Latino and Latina Investors are making extra money by investing in real estate.  We get together, share ideas and hear from Hispanic-friendly businesses.  

Josh Vasquez of United Bank will talk about the differences between a residential and commercial loan.  It's not all about office buildings and strip centers.  He'll discuss:

  • When would I need a Commercial Loan?
  • Is the down payment the same as residential?
  • If I have partners, do they all have to qualify?
  • What are the restrictions on a Commercial Loan?

If you have wondered about investing in commercial property, apartment buildings or multi-unit buildings, you'll want to meet Josh and learn how a bank looks at that kind of investing.
