You may have noticed a few changes recently in Springdale. Lots of money going into remaking this town.  City planners have a Plan and it's just been updated. 

Our own Brent Hanby, co-founder of Encore Building Products, was part of the team that met recently to update Springdale's 5-Year Plan.  He'll give us an idea of the changes already in place and what's in store for the future. 

We've seen the commitment from regional leaders as well as corporate boards.  New facilities continue to be developed from healthcare, sports, schools and housing.  Learn what is being planned for older, existing housing around the downtown area.  It may entice you to take a second look at this hot NWA community.
