Buy & Hold investors have unique issues and challenges and who knows them better than other Landlords!

It starts with one property - and spreads like spilled milk. Watching a neighborhood go downhill is one of the most frustrating things a landlord can experience.  Sgt. Tony Murphy of the Fayetteville Police Department will give us tips on what you can do to fight back!

Sgt. Murphy spent four years as a Marine, another 14 as a police officer with five years in Narcotics.  He's now the Fayetteville Public Information Officer and will talk about:

  • Keeping neighborhoods healthy
  • Building Community Relationships
  • Crime-free multi-housing
  • Fayetteville's Public Records Check program

This is your chance to learn how you can stop that down-hill slide and maintain the value of your assets.  Don't miss this opportunity to hear from the "cop on the street".  It's going to be one of our best hands-on programs.

So join us for some good information, a lively discussion and a great lunch. See you at The Egg and I!

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
