Buy & Hold investors have unique issues and challenges and who knows them better than other Landlords!

We've all heard the saying: You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.  For landlords, even in a Seller's Market, curb appeal is the main reason renters driving by your property will pick up the phone and make that appointment.

But landscaping isn't just about first impressions and pretty plants, it can easily translate into higher rents and better quality tenants.  Everyone wants to live in a beautiful environment and If your strategy includes raising the rent, you'll want to hear about this strategy.

Jerry Ausherman is retired from the landscaping business and engaged in building his real estate investment portfolio, but has spent many years designing and implementing landscape plans the are just right for savvy investors.  He'll tell us about:

  • Inexpensive, long-lasting shrubs for a big impression
  • How to select low-maintenance plantings
  • Maintenance plans that are easy on landlords
  • How landscaping can help you find better tenants and higher rents

Join us during this most beautiful season as we explore shrubs, perennials and ways to increase your cash flow.  Jump into the discussion, network with other investors and have a great lunch at The Egg and I.

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
