Are you ready to see two of our most seasoned pros go head to head negotiating several investment scenarios?  Guaranteed to be a fun, interesting and informative program with our guys who are knowledgeable, funny and charismatic.  

Brant Barnes is one of the founders of REI NWA.  Reminiscent of an old-time horse trader, he has bought and sold everything from houses, condos, land, cars - even airplanes.  Brant is the owner of a Shelter Insurance office in Fayetteville, several Papa John's Pizza locations and is a seasoned investor in all things real estate. 

Larry Kelly is an investor, builder and developer.  Past president of the NWA Board of Realtors, Larry is the successful owner of Larry C Kelly Realty, a general contracting business and previously a property management firm.  His expertise in creative financing was honed through a driving ambition to "get the Deal done" and the inability to give up. 

Brant and Larry will role play buyers, sellers and even potential tenants to demonstrate negotiating techniques they've developed over many years and a wide range of businesses.  We'll give them three scenarios and watch the magic. 

Buy/Sell Scenario:  Brant (the Buyer) says the person who mentions a price first loses, but Larry is no slouch at not tipping his hand.  It should be an interesting negotiation. 

Tenant Selection Scenario:  Both Brant and Larry have interviewed hundreds of potential tenants.  You'll see them pull out information that goes beyond the numbers to help inform your "gut" about would-be renters. 

Creative Financing Scenario:  Sometimes you need a little something extra to make the Deal work.  Buyer or seller, it's often difficult to share problems with a stranger.  Seasoned investors have learned how to put individuals at ease while gathering the information they need to craft a win-win Deal. 

This could be one of the best programs we'll offer this year.  You won't find any more practical, hands-on techniques anywhere.  Brant and Larry are both savvy, honest, know their numbers and are steeped in the best practices to negotiate a Deal satisfactory to all.  Join us for a spectacular demonstration and learn how the pros do it!
