In the midst of holiday hustle and bustle, it's easy to forget that year-end is only a few weeks away.  That means here are only a few weeks to determine if there are any strategic changes you need to make in your investment portfolio.

We've put together a Panel of Pros to offer some suggestions for year-end tasks that could save you money, enhance your portfolio and show you how to make those changes so they count for 2019 and prepare you for greater success in 2020.

Brian Fleming is an accountant with CPA firm Vantine Barrett & Van Winkle, a tax specialist and an investor. He advises investors and small businesses on tax, accounting and keeping track of their investments. Blending accounting and investing experience, he's the guy we want to talk about year-end tasks and opportunities.

Victor Velazquez has spent many years in NWA helping investors protect their assets. A seasoned title officer with our old friends at Advantage Title, he opened his own firm, Natural State Title, in 2018. An investor himself, Victor understands the world of REI.

Charlie and Elizabeth Adams have been investing and now developing real estate for 20+ years. They have carefully crafted and honed systems and financial reports that keep their investment strategy on track and highlight new directions and opportunities for future expansion.

Our panel will answer your questions and explore:

  • Financial info you'll need to make informed decisions
  • How to change title of your assets for maximum value
  • Year-end tasks to keep your taxes low and returns smooth
  • How last year's performance can lead to next year's goals

Join our panel for an informative discussion and thought provoking ideas for keeping your portfolio healthy and your goals realistic. Pick the brains of our seasoned panel and hear how to make changes necessary to meet your investment goals before it's too late.

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
