Your host for this program is Austin Rawls who says real estate investing is at the heart of all his business decisions. He's a short and long-term landlord, new flipper & lender to other investors. Lucky for us, he is also tech savvy! Austin is also the co-founder of Perfect Edge Lawn Care serving NWA.

Larry Kelly is not only a seasoned investor, real estate broker, contractor and property manager, he's one of REI NWA's most valued resource. From creative financing to development, Larry has the experience to analyze today's market and explain it in easy terms!

Ryan Blackstone is relatively new to REI NWA. A 7-year investor, realtor and long-time handyman, Ryan is the agent some of our most successful members go to when looking for their next deal. He's young, ambitious and has his pulse on the market.
