We Heard You!

Missing the Fantastic Networking Opportunities at REI NWA?
We're bringing back the 30 minute networking session!
From 5:30 to 6:00, you'll have a chance to introduce yourself
and tell us what you're working on. You'll be unmuted
and able to interact with fellow investors.

It ain't perfect folks, but it's what we've got for now!
So jump on early, renew your relationships with other members
and make a few new friends.

Have you been frustrated about finding a good deal in NWA lately? Vacancy rates are at record lows. The solution? Build more houses!

I've heard from many of you that you'd invest in new construction if you had a better idea of how to go about it. We've put together a program to give you a quick overview of the process - start to finish. We'll discuss the 4 Steps of Development:

  • Project Conception - Feasibility studies, site select, market analysis
  • Pre-Development - Entitlements, financing, design, preconstruction
  • Construction - Risk management, site coordination, pre marketing
  • Exit - Punchlist, property management, sale vs. hold

Sloan Scroggins is one of those guys who wears many hats. An investor, builder and developer, he is now a Fayetteville City Councilman after spending several years on the Planning Commission. In his spare time, Sloan teaches at UA and is general contracting his own $150K rehab project! He's my go-to guy for all building/developing issues.

Join us to hear the steps you'll need to develop that small parcel
you've had your eye on. Keep all the no-maintenance lots for yourself
or sell them to your fellow investors. You'll be building your portfolio
and adding much needed inventory to NWA!

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
