Sloan Scroggins is one of those guys who wears many hats. An investor, builder and developer, he is now a Fayetteville City Councilman after spending several years on the Planning Commission. In his spare time, Sloan teaches at UA and is general contracting his own $150K rehab project! He's my go-to guy for all building/developing issues. 

Join us to hear the steps you'll need to develop that small parcel
you've had your eye on. Keep all the no-maintenance lots for yourself
or sell them to your fellow investors. You'll be building your portfolio
and adding much needed inventory to NWA!
