Bad, good or indifferent, these are the guys who make or break your Deal. For some of us, appraisals are a mystery tour of the unknown; others see them as just plain frustrating. Whichever camp you fall in, it's always best to know how the process works

Tonight you'll discover who these appraisers are - and, no, they didn't get their license from a Cracker Jacks box. We'll explore the appraisal process, the criteria for valuation and what you can do if you disagree with the findings. You'll hear this from one of the guys who teaches the course who will be able to answer all your questions. Ray will cover:

  • The Process: What goes into an Appraisal
  • Who are these Appraisers & licensing requirements
  • The Criteria: How Appraisers value a property
  • Difference between an appraiser and an inspector
  • Comps: The good, the bad & the Ugly
  • How to challenge an Appraisal
  • Keeping up with our Crazy NWA market

Ray Fletcher is an AR Certified General Appraiser, a Real Estate Broker with The Osage Group, an Approved Instructor for The Appraisal Institute and an investor.
