Who?

Ray Fletcher is an AR Certified General Appraiser, a Real Estate Broker with The Osage Group, an Approved Instructor for The Appraisal Institute and an investor. In addition to appraising, Ray's experience includes real estate finance, federal appraisal regulations, appraisal procedures for financial institutions as well as property marketing and management. He has acted as REO Manager for Wal-Mart and several banks, Tax Assessor and District Appraiser with Federal Home Loan Bank for Dallas.
