A healthy down payment is vital; documentation is essential, but how you present yourself and your "successful" mindset is the key to a long-term productive relationship.

We've brought you a seasoned lender to offer tips for making that first meeting a win-win for you both. She'll discuss:

Jennifer Langhover is Branch Manager at Highlands Mortgage. She started her career with Lindsey, purchased Cornerstone Mortgage Group and has transitioned to running the Highlands office in Rogers. Exceptionally knowledgeable about the ever-changing loan programs, Jennifer is knows for personalized customer service.
