We've seen so many changes in eviction laws over the past several years that it's hard to figure out just where we are now. In addition, many of our landlords have been working with tenants to get them through the Covid crisis.

Now that things seem to be settling down and getting back to normal - or at least the New Normal - where do we stand? We've brought a seasoned pro to give us the most up-to-date info on landlord rights and best practices for recovering and protecting our hard-earned assets.

You'll learn:

  • Is the Moratorium really over
  • Best ways to recover deferred rent payments
  • Review of eviction process
  • Good, Bad & Ugly of Process Serving
  • Lingering government programs and regulations
