One of our members who attended Rookie Nook on Tuesday night, July 6th, has tested positive for the Covid virus.

Anyone who attended Rookie Nook should be tested
on or after Saturday, July 10th.

Since members of tonight's Panel of Pros are now quarantining, we will not be holding the Meeting

at this tonight. We'll reschedule for some time later

this month so watch your Inbox for the New Date!

Today we're seeing many changes in the market, how we're finding Deals and what kind of Deals we're doing. Seller financing has always been a lucrative tool for winning that complicated Deal and building wealth.

Whether you offer a long-term amortized loan or a short term with Balloon, this is a Win-Win for both Buyer and Seller. Even if Buyer defaults, you get back a property the with a lower mortgage on your books and maybe some improvements added by the Buyer.

Larry Kelly is a seasoned investor, real estate broker, contractor, landlord, property manager and one of REI NWA's most valued resource. He's negotiated everything from residential/commercial sales to leases, evictions and keeping tenants in place. Larry always has good stuff we want to hear.

Darren Gibbs is a local attorney whose real estate practice is geared to investors and includes contracts, lease agreements, business formations, construction disputes, land use and zoning, multiple-partner investments, owner-financed contracts and estate planning.

Kathleen Everitt is Director of REI NWA, co-founder of Investor Escrow Services and a sometimes investor. With 30+ years in real estate, she brings a unique perspective to any transaction. Her latest venture, servicing investor-financed loans, offers a valuable, missing service to our NWA market.
