Today we're seeing many changes in the market, how we're finding Deals and what kind of Deals we're doing. Seller financing has always been a lucrative tool for winning that complicated Deal and building wealth.

Whether you offer a long-term amortized loan or a short term with Balloon, this is a Win-Win for both Buyer and Seller. Even if Buyer defaults, you get back a property the with a lower mortgage on your books and maybe some improvements added by the Buyer.

Tonight we're bring you a panel of pros to discuss where, when and how to structure a seller-financed Deal. They'll explore:

  • When to use a seller-financed loan
  • Where to find those Deals
  • Contract for Deed vs Mortgage and Note
  • Important terms to include
  • Buyer and Seller responsibilities
  • Buyer restrictions that make sense
  • Escrow agent services
