Tonight we're bringing you a seasoned investor whose family has been doing just that for 40+ years. He'll talk about how to break into this lucrative market, difference in operating large-scale projects vs multiple smaller individual properties.. Alex will discuss:

Alex Ho is an experienced investor working on building his family’s NWA portfolio. With a background in buying and operating apartment complexes, he also participates in 1031 Exchange transactions, upvaluing existing apartments and even operates a few short-term rentals. Alex structures all his transactions with an eye for organization structure, succession, and estate planning for maximum tax advantage. He is continually looking for all varieties of buy and hold assets, multiplex properties, development projects and opportunities to buy other investors’ portfolios.
