It's almost time to say good-by (and good-riddance) to 2021! With year-end around the corner there are only a few weeks left to determine any strategic changes in your investment portfolio for this year - or next.

We're bringing you an accountant, an attorney and a property manager to offer some suggestions that can save you money, enhance your portfolio and remind you of those annual maintenance tasks to preserve the value of your assets. They'll discuss:

  • Tax saving tips in time to make needed adjustments
  • Legal review of your portfolio for possible consolidation
  • Property maintenance tips for more efficient operations
  • How last year's performance can lead to next year's goals

Mitch Long, CPA is Manager and Tax Accountant at Keen & Company. He is skilled in cash flow, budgeting, tax preparation and planning. Mitch enjoys working with investors and other business owners and has a strong focus on real estate in his practice.

Paul Younger comes to us with a wealth of real estate experience. He has leveraged his practice as a real estate attorney to start TWS Title Company. Paul has advised many of our investors on the legal, financial and now title aspects of closing real estate transactions. A well-rounded speaker and great networker.

Nick Slagle is a real estate broker, property manager and buy-and-hold investor. As such, he understands the downside of vacancy and value of maintenance. Nick consults with investors on real estate matter and provides the info needed to make educated choices that will maintain market value in our rapidly growing NWA region.

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
