One of the things our developers tell us is that zoning regulations in most municipalities prevents them from being able to build with flexibility. Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) and Planned Residential Developments (PRDs) are designed to address that issue.

Developed to ease some of the zoning regulations in order to promote creativity, PUDs/PRDs can be designed for project as small as one acre! They can be created to address a specific purpose such as Affordable Housing or Mixed use and are used to implement community development goals.

Tonight we bring you a multi-talented, seasoned pro to explore this creative tool for our current crazy market. He'll share:

  • Who can develop them
  • When does it make sense

  • Pros and Cons of this tool
