It's that time of year again. Every January we bring together a Panel of Pros to see if you can Stump the Chumps!  We're especially excited about our Panel this year. Some of the top real estate minds in the state are sharing their wisdom. Attorney Greg Brown, Bank President Sam Harris and Enrolled Agent Barbara Garrigus are going to be tough to "Stump"!

Is there a question that's been bugging you, but you haven't known who to ask? Tax issues you don't quite understand? Questions about forming or funding that joint venture? We've got you covered. Bring it on!

Greg Brown is one of our go-to attorneys for all things real estate investing. An investor himself, he's a partner with Harrington Miller law firm. Greg specializes in real estate disputes, condemnation, and construction claims. Whether setting up your rei business or looking for a fierce advocate, he's your guy.

Sam Harris is Market President of Armstrong Bank, a community bank with locations in NWA and the Ft Smith area. Incredibly knowledgeable about the investor world and all real estate markets in NWA, he has been a solid partner to many of our members involved in both residential and commercial projects. For funding or general rei advice, we go to Sam!

Barbara Garrigus is an Enrolled Agent certified to practice before the IRS and President of AR Society of Enrolled Agents. As an experienced accountant, Barbara has worked with many investors and is savvy about guiding them from "how we've always done it" to all the ways that keeps them outside IRS scrutiny.

We love to hear from new people as well as our members.

Let us know what's on your mind or what you'd like to see at REI NWA.
