Are you having a hard time finding a good deal in NWA? you are not alone. This month we're bringing an option for your consideration - Investing Out Of State! Many of you may think of it as risky, but like anything it's only risky if you don't know what you're doing.


We're bringing you two experienced investors with out of state experience. Retired vets have the benefits of seeing many different markets in different locations. Having invested in those markets, Darrel and Ryan will share what they've learned. They'll discuss:

  • Pros & Cons
  • Building your out of state Team
Darrel Donohew is in Real Estate Sales and an Army Veteran experienced in new built constructions of two multi-family projects and currently holds 4 long-term rentals, 1 short-term rental and 5 lots with the ambitious goal of acquiring 40 more SFR's in the next 18 months.


Ryan LeViseur highly accomplished entrepreneur and a Marine Corps Veteran. Ryan is a successful hospitality entrepreneur, owning and managing a rapidly expanding company specializing in short-term rentals. He is poised to take his business to the next level by expanding into the hotel industry.

Konrad Siemek is an investor who's developed a successful single/multifamily/commercial rental portfolio. Through personal investing and partnerships, he’s managed to turn his full-time practice as a physical therapist into a part-time personal choice. Konrad now invests full-time creating unique and community centered projects. His next goal: small scale development.
