Someone asked me the other day if we ever get together and just talk about real estate amongst ourselves. So here it is; no speaker, no teachers, no guru - Just Us!

There's so much going on right now it's hard to keep up and the bottom line seems to be that no one knows what to do about it! We need to hear from young investors who have new, creative ideas - and integrate those with our seasoned investors who may have seen what we're seeing now once or twice before.

Konrad Siemek is an investor who's developed a successful single/multifamily/commercial rental portfolio. Through personal investing and partnerships, he’s managed to turn his full-time practice as a physical therapist into a part-time personal choice. Konrad now invests full-time creating unique and community centered projects. His next goal: small scale development.
