Real estate is a game of numbers, and while it may seem overwhelming, there are some key metrics, like cash flow in real estate, that can assist you in analyzing and understanding the financial performance of your properties. These numbers can also guide you in determining whether it's appropriate to invest further and expand your portfolio. 

While every deal is not a good deal sometimes it’s about making it a good deal.  Our pro today is going to share his experience in creative buying to make that good deal his next rental property.
