Think you know how to analyze a commercial deal? This month we bring you one of our trusted lenders to share how a bank looks at Your Deal! Kyle will review a 2-3 multi-tenant strip center from a lenders view.

From what the bank considers a commercial loan to the budget and what is presented to the Loan Committee, Kyle will reveal the details an investor rarely sees. He'll discuss:

  • How commercial numbers differ from residential
  • Who is on the Loan Committee
  • What is a Credit Proposal
  • How the Committee views your Credit Report
  • Details that impact their decision - other than the numbers

Kyle Pattillo is Community President at Farmers and Merchants Bank in Bentonville, a real estate broker, appraiser and advisor to many of our members. Kyle oversees residential, commercial and construction lending. He has earned our title of Trusted Lender.
