Our very own Charlie and Elizabeth Adams took the leap and are building their first subdivision! Hear what they've learned: the Good - Bad & Ugly!

This month they'll share with us how it started, expectations that came true, a few major glitches along the way and how they solved the issues. One hint: they've adopted an interesting selling strategy for today's crazy market! They'll share:

  • What to look for when buying land
  • Who to put on your team - subdivision size
  • Working with the city/utilities
  • Selling strategies and Exit Plan

The Adams Family are long-time investors, contractors and developers. They’re a savvy team who work together, keep up with market trends, have a ton of connections and have mentored many of our REI NWA members. The Adams family believe in Win-Win solutions and work hard to make them happen.
