Election Day is November 3, and several measures on the ballot could directly affect how and where you invest. Hear what’s being decided and what it could mean for your portfolio. We’ll cover:

• Issue 3: Economic Development Districts. Would let cities and counties create districts that use bonds, tax rebates and other incentives to attract housing development.
  
• Issue 4: Water Infrastructure Bonds. Would authorize up to $500 million in state general obligation bonds for water, wastewater and pollution-control projects, the kind of infrastructure that shapes where growth can happen.
  
• Rogers Bond Program. Rogers voters will decide whether to extend the existing 1% sales tax for about $457 million in streets, stormwater, parks, fire, police and animal services projects.
