Builders Circle: Construction Loans at Arvest

Meetings In-Person and Open to All
Non-Members: $20 Door Charge ~ Members Always Free

COVID POLICY UPDATE

We will continue in-person meetings (with more strenuous social distancing)
AND stream all future meetings for those who are uncomfortable
with attending large group events.

If you have been vaccinated, we welcome you to attend in person
as your comfort level dictates. If you haven't been vaccinated yet,
we offer the option of viewing the meetings online or suggest
you consider wearing a mask if attending in person.

We hope this compromise is one that will keep us all safe
without losing the benefits of in-person networking
we've grown to appreciate.

Be Safe ~ Stay Strong ~ We'll See You Soon!

Whether your project is a rehab, new construction or a small development, there are things to know about construction loans that can save you $$$, keep you on schedule and make your life a whole lot easier.

We're bringing you two experienced Arvest bankers to talk about how to get the most from your construction loan experience. If you're a Rookie, this will be a great introduction. If you're a bit more experienced or just getting started, our speakers can give you some best practices and insider tips on how the make your transaction a Win-Win. They'll discuss:

  • How construction loans work

  • It's all about relationships: Here's how to build one

  • How banks look at construction borrowers

  • What's the construction market doing in NWA

  • Different criteria for Rehab ~ New Construction ~ Developers
